Swimming

Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre
Thursday 9pm – 10pm

Required equipment for club swims – Goggles, Fins, Pull Buoy, Hand Paddles

Cost – £3.00


Cycling

Sundays, leaving 8:30am from Tiddenfoot

Three groups to cater for all abilities meeting at Tiddenfoot for a 8.30am start.

Long group – Half Ironman/Ironman target races
Short fast group – Sprint/Olympic target races
Short not-so-fast group – Sprint/Olympic target races

Rides starting late November and are initially nice and gentle, increasing in time and effort as the winter months progress. Full details will be emailed out to members during the week prior to all rides.

Remember to wear suitable clothing and bring appropriate nutrition.  Your bike must be roadworthy and you must always wear a helmet (no helmet, no ride). In the winter months it is especially important to wear fluorescent clothing and have lights fitted to your bike.

Training Vouchers

Where there is a charge for training sessions (e.g. swimming) a training voucher system is operated by the club as the preferred payment method.  

Vouchers should be purchased in advance and handed in when you sign in at training sessions.  As an incentive to use this method 12 vouchers can be purchased for the normal price of 10 for £30.

Vouchers can now be purchased online and payment accepted by credit card on the following link which is exclusive to LBTri Club but please note that the card charge is now added :-

Your vouchers will be available from the club treasurer, Karen Pyman at your next swim session.
